www.sane.org - I have worked SANE Australia quite a bit recently. Their site contains many fact sheets and a lot of good information. Their stigma watch program is well worth signing up for.
http://www.arafmi.asn.au/ - ARAFMI is a service for carers, family members, spouse etc. They can help you with lifestyle and management advice if you are caring for someone with a mental illness.
http://www.rfwa.org.au/ - Richmond Fellowship WA is great resource and certainly worth contacting if you live in the west. Their focus is on recovery and many of their staff live with a mental illness or have recovered from mental illness, so they know what they are talking about.
www.headspace.org.au - National Youth Mental Initiative.
moodgym.anu.edu.au – This is a great online resource that allows you to do a mini self assessment and then gives you exercises and management tips to train your mind. It is well worth a look.
www.craighamilton.org.au - Craigs story is one of hope and optimism. Have a look at his site because he is a living example that mental illness is not a life sentence and that it can be beaten.

www.mind.org.uk - Again this is a UK site but MIND have been at the forefront of mental health treatment for many years and the site is well worth a look.

She has done extensive work in the west with immigrant groups and underprivileged members of the community. It was a very early conversation that I had with Erica that really got People Like You up and running. She has recently started a consultancy, which is well worth a look.
